Daily Diary - July 4 2026

Thank God for life. It’s been a quiet day today too but I had to get a minimum of 5k steps. For 3 days now, I’ve failed to do 5k steps. It’s a bad start to July but it’s also understandable since I’m not home in Kumasi. I’m on live and I’ve come to see my mum in Accra. I had to go for a walk today in the evening just to get 5k steps for the day. In all, thank God for a good day. Tomorrow is my last day in Accra and I hope for the best.
