Gari jollof, special delicious 😋

Gari Jollof, a highly rated dish from west Africa and especially Ghana. The Gari Jollof is a very simple to prepare dish and is also very satisfying. It combines the beauty of simplicity and simplicity enhances the quality of preparation through turning dried cassava to little grains we call Gari.

The first step is to boil all of your ingredients together in a pot that is filled with enough water to satisfy your desire to create a salad. After the vegetables are cooked, either grind or mash everything to make it have a consistent texture and combine them all into one thick paste.

The next step is to add your Gari to your stew, but just as you did with the Gari and the tomato sauce, you must slowly mix the Gari into your stew until it turns a bright orange color. The color of your Gari will vary based on the amount of heat applied during the time you were boiling it.

As you prepare your dish, always remember to serve it warm and with it being placed in the center of your plate. You can finish with your favorite toppings, I would always prefer eggs, hot fried plantains, sometimes peas.

It's one of my favorite dish.
