How much sunlight is too much sunlight?
It's a very beautiful morning today and some do advice enjoy the morning sun as good for your health but the rest of the sun for the day I try to avoid it. These little plants, well they can't avoid it.
THRESHOLD OF SURVIVAL FOR PLANTS
So how much of it is just too much for them?
The ones in my photos are weeds, too much sun may not be as much of a problem for them as some crops or flowers. Plants usually wilt beyond eight hours of exposure to the sun, but these guys do not. They're as stubborn as they come.
WILTING
What happens to the less resilient?

TROPICAL CLIMATE CHALLENGES
Midday heat in a tropical climate will dehydrate the leaves of any plant before the root systems get the chance to draw up enough water for survival.
- Top: Drying out.
- Roots: Unable to absorb moisture fast enough.
POINT OF NO RETURN
You will know it has reached that point when you notice dry patches appearing on their leaves, and wilting that does not recover during the night'
If you let it go too far, you risk irreversible damage to the plant by allowing it to wilt permanently. Of course that's for plants you care about. These weeds as I've said many times are just being permitted by the land owner to grow until he decides to build which is the plan. There were a lot of plants but most have been cut down.
SOLUTION (FOR PLANTS YOU LIKE)
Remove them from the sunlight at once.
Do not wait when you spot those signs.
MY PREDICTION
Except that these are merely weeds so I'll watch the process, and share it with you so you'll see what I predicted. These plants will survive regardless, but most of what you plant next to them will die off eventually because they won't be as resilient.*
