No matter how many times you cleared and fumigated, these guys will keep growing
Know that for every picture of plant that I show you which are all from my compound, it was not there before. This compound has been cleared and fumigated many times to a point where the main owner is just tired of it all and will do it only when he's preparing to build with the space there.

The question is why does this happen? How come after all that, plants still come around? And interestingly, it's always different parts at that same spot.
The reason is simple, just because you cleared and fumigated does not mean you've taken out the root cause of the plants growing, their seeds and the right environmental conditions. You'd have to make your land a barren one and really do a whole lot of destroying it to be able to achieve that.
Land clearing does not necessarily mean cleaning land, it is even inviting trouble. Bare soil does not mean starting afresh but rather an invitation to the seeds which may have lain dormant in the soil for many years now. So while you're solving one problem, the act of clearing the land is creating a new one which makes it look like an endless cycle and waste of money so unless you are building on it, it's going to be done always.
Once the land is cleared of whatever may be present on its surface, all the seeds get the light and space to germinate.
Another thing to look out for is the wind and the birds, both of which will keep depositing new seeds on the soil every day. The cleared soil gives the new seeds the best chance of growing since you have just removed whatever was keeping them from doing so. So, it goes on and on, you repeat the process each time with the same result, more weeds.
Each time you fumigate the land and then proceed to clear it completely, leaving it bare, you are only adding fuel to the fire. Nature will fill the vacuum created once the land is cleared in no time, something must grow in place of whatever you had there before.
