Plantain chips is not just a snack, it's my happy place

My favorite snack now is plantain chips. I have been into it two weeks straight. It's my happy place now although it's not a location, I usually just lie on the bed and chew watching Netflix till I fall asleep. It has become a routine now, infact It’s officially my reset button because about three days someone pissed me off and I just went to the bedroom, took some plantain chips and watched Netflix, about 40 minutes later I wasn't even angry anymore.

We'll be making more tomorrow being weekend.

When I finish a bag of chips, I feel so sad because I kept looking inside and hoping that there would be more plantain chips. I know I shouldn’t be looking hoping for more but I always do. I can’t be the only one that feel this way when they're eating their favorite snack. I just wish a bag of chips would refill itself like in the cartoons, I'll probably eat it all day. That would be the ultimate chip bag.

When I’m eating, you can best believe that the sound of crunching is all that I hear, my notifications are muted and if not for the fact that Netflix is on my phone I would have turned off the phone.

Everything matters less and there is just void in my head. I usually don’t care about whatever is being said in the moment. I might stare at you if you try to talk to me while I’m eating. Just so you know.

If you see me with it, keep moving 😆 Nothing is wrong and nothing needs explaining. I am exactly where I want to be, in my happy place.
