Too many grapes late at night
There's a bag of grapes that I opened last night. There are these sweet green grapes that I was planning to spread out over 3 days so I could eat them slowly. It is now 8:15 AM and I have eaten a ton of them. The bag of grapes is pretty light and a bit cold but it's actually the weather, it's been pretty cold these days. The part on the bottom of the bag looks like little dried up trees and I should probably drink some water because I'm starting to feel the sugar.
I wonder if the farmers know how quickly we will eat these. I don't know if I should leave the stems in the garbage because my garbage can is almost full. I may also buy some apples next. The apples are much harder to eat for me than the grapes. I'm not an apple person to be honest.
These fresh, juicy ones I picked up right off the street and being as prone as I am to bloating or having excess sugar after just a few bites of fruit, I have found that grapes don't affect me that way. I just eat and chew and keep going until there is hardly any left in my bag, I also didn't wash them because of how horrible the tap water in my building has been for a while now. But I don't do that all time.
It's interesting to me the way our body determines whether something is good or bad for us without giving us any reason for it. If you have good genes with less allergies or things that'll make you easily bloated or give you weird problems then it's a blessing. Pineapple gives me sores on my tongue if I have too much and that seems to be pretty common for many. I watched the stems of these grapes and asked myself what is different about these grapes versus other things with the same water content.
