The diary game. From Morning Prayers to Gajar Ka Halwa: A Cozy Winter Day
Hello, dear friends! How is everyone doing? I hope you are all well and enjoying your time with your loved ones, no matter where you are. Today, I want to share another day of my life with you all. I hope you find some time to read my post and that you find it enjoyable enough to upvote.
I got up very early in the morning. As nights are long during winter, I am always able to get enough sleep even if I go to bed very late. After getting up, I purified myself by performing ablution and offered prayers at the mosque. After I finished praying and making supplications, I headed back home and went straight to bed again to save myself from the biting cold. At breakfast time I got up again, freshened myself, had my breakfast quickly, got ready, and left for my office.
On my way, I gave a lift to some unknown people and dropped them at their destinations because the route I had taken has no other transport service available, and I usually pick up pedestrians to help them. I reached my office at sharp 10, went straight to my work, and my colleague had already arrived and was waiting for me. As soon as I reached, he turned on the electric heater, and we sat and started working. Since my colleague had to leave the office early in the afternoon, we worked hard to finish our target within the available time, and we successfully did so.
Meanwhile, we were served tea by a nearby household who have known my colleague for quite some time. Being kind enough, they felt that since it was cold, they could help us with a cup of tea each. At around 2:30 PM, I left for home and took a shortcut route. While passing through a highland, I witnessed some beautiful scenes created by the clouds in the sky. It was such a mesmerizing view for me, as I love nature and such scenes always attract me. I could not resist and took some photographs while driving.
After reaching home, I took some rest and then a short nap before doing some reading. At 6 PM, I went to the local market to buy some items and also bought the ingredients needed for the famous Gajar ka Halwa, such as carrots, ghee, sugar, milk, and other milk products. After reaching home, I handed over all these items to my sister. She started making it, and late at night it was ready. After dinner it was served to us, and it was so tasty that I still cannot forget its taste and feel I will never forget it. At around 11:30 PM, I went to sleep and called it a day.
Thank you for going through my post. Have a great time ahead.
