in Hindwhale Community6 days ago

Hello, dear friends! How is everyone doing? I hope you are all well and enjoying your time with your loved ones, no matter where you are. Today, I want to share another day of my life with you all. I hope you find some time to read my post and that you find it enjoyable enough to upvote.

As in the past few weeks, I have been asked to do my work from the comfort of my home, and that has actually helped me stay more relaxed and less worried about things. I am able to carry out my activities with ease. The best part of working from home is being relaxed in the morning, as the sharp drop in temperature has made life quite difficult, even more than usual, especially after the snowfall that happened about a week ago. Since then, life has become tougher.

Anyway, I got up early in the morning and first offered the morning prayers, which is an obligation for me as a Muslim. After completing the prayers, I returned home and went back to bed to stay warm. At breakfast time, I got up and had breakfast with my parents. After that, I stayed in my room and read a few chapters of Indian history.

Later, I had to receive an order from a delivery boy who had arrived near the bank. I went there promptly so that he wouldn’t have to wait long. After receiving the items, I unwrapped them and, as I already knew, they were the seeds of different agricultural products that I had ordered a few days earlier. These seeds have good health benefits, and I ordered them on the recommendation of one of my friends who has been using them for a long time and has noticed positive improvements in health.

After receiving the seeds, I first mixed them, lightly roasted them, then crushed them in a grinder and stored them in a jar. They are to be consumed one spoonful every day, either with milk or with water. After finishing this work, I had to go to the revenue office in person for my certificate, which needs to be regenerated from the tehsil office. Earlier, it was issued offline, but now it has to be generated online, as all previous offline certificates have been declared invalid.

When I reached there, I was told that the concerned official was not present as he had gone out. A number of people had already gathered, and the officials were showcasing the digitisation work done over the past few months, inviting the public to share any grievances or suggestions regarding the process. I waited there in the same room, spending some time on my phone. I also got a chance to learn about how the revenue records of our village were digitised.

Later in the day, after the showcasing and public interaction ended, I still didn’t get a chance to meet the concerned official. Disappointed, I returned home, as the official had confused me and I was once again unable to process my documents. He told me to wait for the next few days, assuring me that the work would be completed.

After returning home, I had a cup of tea and rested for a while as I was experiencing a strong headache. After feeling a bit better, I continued reading a few more chapters of Indian history until it was time for dinner. After dinner, I felt quite sleepy, went to my room, spent some time on my phone scrolling through social media, and eventually fell asleep, calling it a day.
