The diary game. I helped my aunt with her assignment of doing KYC of underprivileged children
Hello, dear friends! How is everyone doing? I hope you are all well and enjoying your time with your loved ones, no matter where you are. Today, I want to share another day of my life with you all. I hope you find some time to read my post and that you find it enjoyable enough to upvote.
I had different plans for the day, as I had a number of jobs that needed to be finished within a couple of days, after which I had to join my office from Monday. For that reason, I had several assignments in mind and had planned my days accordingly. I started my day by prostrating in reverence before the Almighty very early in the morning. I drank a mixture of milk and seeds that I had left soaking overnight, and then it was time for my early breakfast.
Just after finishing breakfast, I began my day by reading a few chapters of Indian polity, which is precisely my area of interest. I usually feel very attracted to this book because it helps me understand how India, being such a vast country, is run and how different resources are used effectively for development. While I was going through the book, I received a call from my aunt, who asked me to accompany her to her jurisdiction where she needed to complete the KYC of some children enrolled in social welfare schemes, to ensure that the benefits reach them. She asked me to help her with some technical aspects of the assignment and told me to be ready in the afternoon. Before that, I thought of finishing the other tasks at hand.
Meanwhile, I completed a few chapters of Indian polity, helped my mother with some kitchen chores, and watched cricket for some time, as the T20 World Cup had just started in India and the inaugural matches were quite interesting. In the afternoon, when it was time to leave, despite being unwilling to take my car on that route due to the muddy roads, I had no other option and took my car to the place. After reaching there, the first challenge was the non-availability of mobile internet, which made even simple tasks quite difficult. All the beneficiaries gathered soon, but due to poor internet connectivity at some places, we could not complete the e-KYC quickly and had to wait for long periods.
Eventually, we were able to finish our work late in the day. Meanwhile, I took some photographs, as there was still a lot of snow left in the area. It is a place located exactly between two high hills very close to each other, and the contrast was interesting—one side still had a lot of snow, while the other side, facing the sun, had very little. Helping my aunt with her work made her happy and also gave me inner satisfaction, as underprivileged children were being served and taken care of through our efforts.
We returned home later in the evening, around 6 PM. After that, I relaxed, had tea, and then watched the India versus USA T20 match live on TV. The match was quite interesting and exciting. Later, I went to the market to buy some fresh fruits, milk, and snacks, and returned home by around 9 PM. I had dinner, and these days it feels special to have dinner together because our grandmother is staying with us after a long time. She is very dear to all of us, and her presence makes our meals more pleasant, satisfying, and enjoyable. After finishing dinner, I went to sleep.
Thank you for going through my post. Have a great time ahead.
