‎I went to Lubna Pharmacy located in Payra Chattar area. It is a health care drug store, where various types of medicines, health care products and first aid essential products are available. People of the area rely on this pharmacy for their daily needs. It is easy to travel and it is quite convenient for the customers as it is located next to the road.

‎What are the facilities like there? For example, customer service,item list, prices etc. (with pictures + videos + descriptions).

‎Lubna Pharmacy has various necessary items including prescription medicines, injections, health care products, saline, bandages, thermometers and many more from different companies. The staff of the shop are polite and cooperative and help in finding the medicine as per the requirement.

‎The environment of Lubna Pharmacy is clean and tidy. There is adequate lighting and ventilation inside the shop. Separate rooms are used for storing medicines, which helps in maintaining the quality of the medicines.

‎I received the service of purchasing the necessary medicines there. The staff of the shop quickly took out the medicine after seeing the prescription and gave brief instructions on the use of the medicine. Their behavior was sincere and professional.

‎In my opinion, some steps can be taken to improve the customer service further. For example, increasing the seating arrangement for waiting, providing more detailed advice about medicines and facilitating the facility of digital payments. In addition, introducing a separate service counter for emergency patients will improve the customer service further.
