Eat What Is Available And Keep Hope Alive
There are good days, and there are bad days.

There are happy days and sad days. There are moody days and days when you feel completely fine. There are days when you eat until you’re satisfied, and there are days when there is little or nothing to eat.
There are also days when you eat not necessarily what you want, but simply what is available. Not what you are craving. Not what you would have chosen. Just what is there.
Because, at the end of the day, man must survive. And food is one of the basic things that help us survive.
There are days when you have a meal with plenty of protein. There are days when you can at least add some eggs, fish, meat, beans, or another source of protein to your plate. And then there are days when all that is available is basically carbohydrates, with not a single trace of protein in sight.
Today was one of those days for me.

I had to eat what was available - not necessarily what I wanted, but what I could find. And sometimes, that is simply what life demands of us: make do with what you have and keep going.
I know I’m not the only one going through this. There are people out there today who are also eating whatever they can find, not because it is their preferred meal, but because they are grateful to have something to eat at all.
If that person is you, I want you to remember this:
Tomorrow will definitely be better than today.
Don’t lose faith. Don’t lose hope.

This difficult day is just one day. It does not have to define tomorrow.
Keep going. ❤️

En mi experiencia, la foto del plato sin proteína me hizo pensar en esos días de escasez que nos obligan a adaptarnos. What I learned is that even a simple carb‑only meal can become a reminder to keep hope alive. 😊
I love how you highlighted the contrast between days with protein and days with only carbs—did you find any local foods that helped bridge that gap when protein was scarce? Keep sharing these real‑life survival stories; they’re a powerful reminder that hope can be nourished even on a simple plate 🌱✨💪
