This morning, I woke up weak and discouraged. I have an upcoming meeting. Called and Creative. And the bill has been bothering me. I have almost postponed the meeting though. But God keeps blowing my mind. We have had two editions already. But this particular one was becoming overwhelming. And omoo! But we give Glory to God. God gives the provision for every vision he gives. Yesssss!
So I was still confused on what to do. And I was just thinking of how many people I can send a support flyer to. I was overthinking the matter. This is the state I woke up. And it was about overwhelming me too much. But I laid there pressing my phone, no prayers, no devotion. Just thoughts. Yeahhhh! But God is a good God!
True! Ask around! God is good man!
A friend who has not reached out in a while called me for a GIG and immediately I started dressing up to go and do it. Because the pay involved could sort somethings. This is how God works. Yesssss! I quickly rushed at it o. Haaaaaaaa! Sharps o! No waste of time.
So I dressed up and hit the road with my tools. The place was quite far from where I stay, so I endured it and went. Public transport is just tiring. But I endured.
I finally got to my last bus stop and took a bike to the location. If you're in Abuja you should be familiar with the location. Yeahhhhhh. The location is around APO side. That is where I came for the GiG.
And I met with the friend that called me. And we entered and started work already. It is always beautiful doing what you love and have passion for. We were shooting videos and doing all we could to push a brand.
We were done with a few sessions and we were asked for what we wanted to eat. I told them my best food. Yam and egg sauce. I ate to my satisfaction. I enjoy eating yam so much. Yam is my favourite. Easy to prepare and all. And the hotel prepared it well. I love their branding. It was beautiful though.
After that it started to rain. Yesterday I decided that I will buy or build a duplex. Watching the rain from upstairs is a beautiful sight though. Yesssss! It rained for long. And it was getting late, we couldn't continue with our shoot. So we had to rest and continue later.
I was given a room to rest inside the hotel. The comfort of the room and how serene it is made me enjoy myself. I was served dinner again. Rice and stew and goat meat. I had enjoyed myself with the meal.
This time I was already feeling sleepy after I ate.
Who else will eat this kind of food and won't feel sleepy.
The weather was also cold. So Yessss!
