The Diary Game: 2nd June, 2026. After Days of Being Ill, I'm Here Today.

Hi here, I know you miss me. Happy New Month. Yeah. I'm here. This is John Meliga.
I woke up this morning feeling very exhausted because I knew I was going to be stressed throughout the day mhenn. So I already woke up preparing myself for it. I did my prayers. Told God about my day and hit the street properly.

Today's episode of shenanigans will be in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Abuja. Yessss, I started helping my friend process his educational papers so he could travel to Spain for studies. So I came to the ministry of education to process everything. I boarded a bike going to ECC junction. The breeze and the whole speed was necessary cause I was late already. It took me about 12 minutes to get there. Yessss! When I got to ECC junction from Idu, I took a Keke to Dantata Bridge so I can get a car going to Secretariat. The whole place is not even a straight ride since I'm not using a bolt. If you're new to Abuja you can come to my post for direction.

After I got to the Secretariat I went straight to the ministry of Foreign Affairs. A very gigantic building. I'm sure it's about 12 storeey building. I was using elevator to the eight floor. Most of the systems here are not sincere. I got there and I was told I couldn't get the documents today.

I was perplexed cause I need the documents to get to Abeokuta before the weekend. As their way seems impossible, I came down to print a few documents before going back to continue queing. The cafe guy assured me he was going to do it for me. I was so skeptical about it. Something I told was impossible inside the main office. I'm seeing where I can get it done.

This is where the problem begins, I'll need to pay a fee for the fast tracking. And I had to begin to call my friend oh! I called him and told him about the whole thing. Omooo ehn!
The cafe guy told me 2,000 naira per page for the seal and signing. I was very skeptical about it though.

But with prayers and patience we started processing the whole thing. I paid him a little above half. And he started. My own job was to wait till around 4PM.
4PM was a very long time from 10AM. But I decided to wait. My waiting was going to be a long one cause no where to sit.

While I was waiting I remembered I had a waybill I had to collect from a friend. So I called him to meet me up, so he said I should meet him at AYA Bridge. So I took a cab there and went to wait for him. It was after an hour he came. It was long mhennnnnnn!
I was not angry but I was not happy he told me he was coming and he didn't show up till after an hour.
I got the package and took a bus back to the ministry of Foreign Affairs.

While I was waiting, again I became very hungry, so I sited a new eatery by my adjacent left. I took a stroll there and bought their food. Rice, beans stew and plantain. It was very tasty, I bought everything for 2,800.
I finished my meal and continued waiting.

We waited till around 4:13PM and she finally came out. Omooo ehn! It was a lot. But we give glory to God. Cos I've been surfing this place for the past 7 days now.
I had to go and dispatch it so it could be sent to Abeokuta.
So I went to the GIG logistics Terminal in Garki.
I went there and I processed the whole stuff and I paid and left.

At this point it was getting dark, it was already past 6PM. But I had a sigh of relief cause I had finished everything.
Glory to God!

Today is a blessed day.

It was a good day. A blessed one.

I CALL YOU BLESSED
