According to the Announcement of SC SEASON 31 invitation, the Steemit Challenge Season 31 will begin, and I consider it is a great opertunity to share my culinary prowess with my fellow Steemains this season. Numerous teams have been used, and I'm hoping that this new season will be more successful and efficient.
Here, I will present cooking techniques for "Traditional Veggie Stir-Fries"—dishes that are simple, healthy, and deeply rooted in tradition. Participating in this topic is quite simple; anyone can get involved without the aid of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The subject to be covered
Through this course, This throughout this season—I intend to provide a detailed explanation of Veggie Stir fries varieties using different vegetable, which are traditional south Indian vegetable-based dishes prepared using age-old methods called called Poriyal. To this end, I will prepare one dish each week, discuss its health benefits, and provide step-by-step instructions on how to prepare it.
Six various kinds of Veggie Stir fry recipes from around the globe will be covered this season, including
Week- 1: Broccoli Stir fry
Vegetables play a pivotal role in a healthy diet; among them, broccoli stands out as an exceptionally nutrient-rich option. When cooking it, the accompanying vegetables should be carefully selected to complement and enhance its flavor. This week, I will be providing a detailed tutorial on how to prepare a delicious broccoli stir-fry.

Week- 2: Cabbage Stir fry
Cabbage is one of the healthiest food items available. It can be used to prepare a wide variety of dishes; among these, cabbage stir-fry is particularly simple and delicious. In this week, I will explain in detail which vegetables can be combined with cabbage to create a flavorful stir-fry in tradition way.

Week- 3 : Drumstick Stir fry
Drumstick is one of the vegetables richest in iron; this week, I am going to explain in detail how to prepare a delicious and easy stir-fry using it in the traditional way.

Week- 4 : Carrot, Beans & Greenpeace Stir fry
Carrots are a nutrient-rich vegetable; consuming them not only offers numerous health benefits but also adds both flavor and color to a dish. Furthermore, incorporating beans and green peas alongside them enhances the taste even further, and—as their nutritional benefits are also added to the meal—the resulting dish becomes exceptionally healthy. This week, I am going to teach you how to prepare a stir-fry using these vegetables.

Week- 5 : Cauliflower Stir Fry
You can prepare a wide variety of stir-fries by combining cauliflower with various other vegetables. This week, I am going to teach you how to make one such stir-fry—specifically, how to prepare a dish featuring cauliflower combined with potatoes.

Week- 6: Eggplant Stir fry
When potatoes or other vegetables are added to eggplant, the dish becomes incredibly delicious. This week, I am going to teach you how to prepare a tasty and simple stir-fry using eggplant. I think you will enjoy it!

Verification & Winner selection
During these six weeks, participants will be screened for plagiarism and AI content, while participants will be given scores based on how well they understood the concept and how they demonstrated their talent. The top four contestants will be announced as the best for that week. Every week the top 4 best of the week will be selected, and the results will be announced and rewarded, and they will also be nominated for SC01 support.
