The diary game || Better life with steem|| A visit to a beautiful cake shop
Hi friends,
When I visited Ooty last week, I took my son and daughter to a cake shop there. It was a popular shop and was beautifully decorated—a place that really appeals to tourists. As it is an open-concept campus restaurant, it has no doors; however, it resembles a restaurant set up on a veranda. Its entire interior and furniture are designed around a Western village theme. This includes items such as bamboo chairs and tables, wooden objects found in foreign countries, and umbrellas and bicycles used by women there.
I really liked that fireplace; it was very beautiful. In particular, the photograph of a cherry tree on the wallpaper was lovely, and the image of a girl pushing a bicycle was wonderful. Since we arrived in the morning, the restaurant hadn't opened yet; however, various types of cakes were displayed in the freezer. We admired them and took photographs, noting how the exterior of the freezer was completely frosted over.
Although there was no staff member at the cake shop, the watchman of the complex kept an eye on things; when we arrived, he asked what we wanted, and upon hearing our request, he informed us that it would take some time. However, assuming we were tourists, they allowed us to take a photograph; so, we took the picture and thanked them.
It was very satisfying to see such a lovely cake shop here; however, I felt I would have been even happier if I had actually eaten some cake. They were not due to open for another two hours, and we didn't have the time to wait that long, so we left.
