Here, a real estate company called G Square is growing very rapidly. G Square company has been doing real estate business in Tamil Nadu for more than 10 years. This real estate company is maintaining and selling a large number of plots in a beautiful manner. The plots are demarcated and sold with trees, paved roads, and drainage facilities. The houses being built here are also very large and magnificent.

We have already visited their other projects that have been established in other locations. One of this G Square plots are being demarcated and sold very close to the NH roads. So, we went to visit the area to consider buying land in this community. All the plots were already sold. Large, bungalow-type houses were being built on the plots. We also considered buying a plot there and building a house.

We viewed about ten to fifteen plots, and four of them appealed to us. The price and terms of sale were also favorable. We decided that living here in the future would be easy and peaceful because the community has departmental stores, a playground for children, and facilities for adults such as a cricket ground, tennis court, and a football court. Therefore, we believe that a peaceful environment will prevail here in the future. The roads are very wide, and there are drainage facilities on both sides of the roads.

Since many flats had already been sold, we went to their office to find out about the remaining unsold flats. There, a miniature model of the building was displayed on a large table. This miniature, approximately 10 feet long and 15 feet wide, was made to realistically show all the amenities of the building. We viewed it and looked at the flats we had selected, and learned about their prices and their current status.

Although it is located on the outskirts of Coimbatore city, considering the upcoming cricket stadium and the expanding highway, we thought that buying a plot of land in this location would yield good growth in the future. He has planned to buy it, and after reviewing the documents, we decided to continue the discussion next week and then left the place.
