The diary game || Better life with steem|| Purchasing Crackers for Deepawali

Dear friends,

The Diwali season is in full swing here. Everyone is getting Diwali tattoos. We are also getting Diwali tattoos with our family. Yesterday evening, my husband and I went to the cracker shop to buy the crackers we needed for Diwali. I am going to write about it in detail here.

Diwali festival is celebrated on the 20th in South India and on the 21st in North India. Generally, it is celebrated on the night of the 20th and the day of the 21st all over the world, so this small confusion exists. We celebrate Diwali on the 20th, so we went to buy crackers. Many temporary cracker shops were opened here and there. They had just opened and were stocking up. When we went to one shop and inquired, they said that business had not started yet and that they would start tomorrow morning. So we went to another shop. There too, the goods were being stocked up, but they had started business. We went there and started buying crackers. Even though the shop was set up temporarily, the ceremony was beautifully decorated.

First, we asked for the prices of some crackers to check the prices. Their prices were much higher than last year's prices. However, they said that there was a reason, namely that the license fee is higher this year than last year. Many companies, many cracker companies, have closed down in Sivakasi, due to which many goods have not reached the market. They also said that the transport fee has increased and the labor charge has increased. So we don't care about the price.

We looked at them one by one and bought only what we needed. For example, we bought wire whips, flower pots, conch shells, rockets, seven-shot types, etc. We also bought fireworks that explode at night, such as shower fireworks, and we also bought fireworks for outside, such as 100 fireworks, Lakshmi fireworks, and Kuruvi fireworks.

Apart from these, there were many new firecrackers that came to the market this year, for example, firecrackers like Pepsi cans, shower types that burn in 360 degrees like peacocks, firecrackers like Operation Centurion, and firecrackers that fly like helicopters and drones, but we didn't buy them because we thought they were dangerous.

After buying all these, they listed them, listed their prices, totaled them, and gave the answers. The total was about 3,250 rupees. We asked if we could discount it. They said they couldn't and that we had to pay exactly 3,000 rupees. We paid the amount they asked for, took the crackers we bought, and came home. When we got home, I gave them to my son. He happily took everything and looked at it. While he was checking the crackers, I took a picture of it.

💚THANK YOU 💚
