SLC28-W1 // "Tomatoes Soup"
Assalamu Alaikum everyone, warm winter greetings @masfika I am sharing the first week of SE challenge S :28 engagement challenge with all my dear Stemit friends from Bangladesh. The theme of this week's engagement challenge is SLC28-W1 // "Tomatoes Soup"🍅. Many thanks to @uzma4882 mam for organizing this challenge.
🍲 Make a detailed step-by-step recipe for tomato soup
Ingredients :

| Chilli powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
| Chart masala | 1 teaspoon |
| Turmeric powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
| Cornflower | 1 teaspoon |
| Soy sauce | 1 teaspoon |
| Chili sauce | 1 teaspoon |
| Olive oil | 1 teaspoon |
| Green chilies, chopped | 2 |
| Ginger, chopped | 2 teaspoons |
🍅 Step-1:First wash the tomatoes well with water. Cut the heads of the tomatoes with the help of a knife. Boil the tomatoes in a pan with a little water for 5 minutes. Once the tomatoes are boiled, peel the tomatoes.
🍅 Step-2: Mash the tomatoes with the help of a fork. Once mashed, blend them in a blender.
🍅 Step -3::: First, add olive oil to the pan, add chopped garlic and chopped ginger and fry lightly.
🍅 Step-4: Once the ginger-garlic is fried, add chopped onion and chopped chili to it. Once the color changes, add turmeric powder, chart masala, chili powder one by one and add a little water to it and grind the spices.
🍅 Step-5: Once the spices are cooked, add soy sauce and chili sauce and tomato puree to it.
🍅 Step-6: When the tomato puree boils, mix it with cornflower water and let it simmer for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, my tomato soup is ready. Pour the tomato soup into the soup bowl and decorate it simply with mint leaves.

Tomato soup contains a lot of antioxidants like vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, and lycopene. In addition, tomato soup contains a lot of fiber, which helps in digesting food. Tomato soup helps to warm the body in winter. Tomato soup is a healthy food as an ideal food for young children in winter. It helps in increasing immunity. In winter, the skin becomes rough and dry very quickly, so this tomato soup helps in keeping the body soft and smooth. It is low-calorie, fat-free, which helps in losing weight. It is one of the ideal foods for those who are on a diet.
I make this soup in winter and give it to everyone in the family. It is a very healthy and delicious food. Tomatoes help in brightening the skin. Tomato soup is beneficial for people of all ages, young and old.

Currently, the winter mood is going on. November means the cold air of winter. The month of Agrahayan means that new winter vegetables are available in the market. Tomato is a winter vegetable. Tomatoes are now available in the local markets around our house. I did not have scallion leaves and I could not find them in the market either, so I made tomato soup without scallion leaves. It is a different experience for me that I make soup without scallion leaves.
