INTRODUCTION
Cassava is scientifically known as Manihot esculanta planted by stem cuttings and the maturity period depends on the variety which is planted.

It is pertinent to know that there are improved variety that can reach maturity within a short while, moreso, there are also different methods of planting either by ridges, mount or flat soil. Each methods of planting depends on ones capacity and the type of soil available in that area.

Early maturing cassava can reach maturity within 6 months while late maturing can take from 8-12 months.

It is essential for one to decipher the variety that is suitable and can adapt in ones environment.

The productivity depends on management which is the ability to care for the crop effectively by supplying all the necessary nutrients that might have lost in the soil due to bush burning or oil spillage.

FUll Details of my Day

Morning Activities

Harvesting of cassava is done very early in the morning especially now that we are in dry season where the ground is usually very hard and tough, so going to the farm very early is necessary and essential if harvesting is needed to be done, I woke up around 6 am, the only thing I did was to quickly brush my teeth change from nightware to causal wares and I left the house with matchet for clearing and spade for digging the hard ground while harvesting, harvesting too so much time because of the dry group and I end up spending much hours from morning till afternoon try to get a handful harvest.

After harvesting, I came back home around evening feeling very tired and exhausted, I couldn't peel the cassava harvested but rather have to rush to the shower to freshen up because the sun was so scorching while I was in the farm .

Yeah, after having my fresh shower I was feeling energized and I decided to check my social media precisely Whatsapp for any pending message and I stump at a review of my student whom I'm training in snail farming, he actually send his snails for me to check and correct thereby showing him the necessary correction.
Earnestly, I was impressed because his actually doing very well I didn't expect such growth but it looks amazing to know that my student is doing exceptionally good and learning very fast.
