The Diary Game: 29/12/2025 | From Hospital to Home – Alhamdulillah, A Peaceful Day

I felt quite cheerful today because my father was going to be discharged from the hospital. I woke up in the morning and had khichuri and egg for breakfast. Then I went to the office at 9 a.m. The cold weather continued today as well. Having a cup of tea at the office always makes me feel better.

At 12 p.m., I took leave from the office and headed to the hospital in Mirpur. Since my father was being discharged today, I planned to take him home by Uber car. After completing all the hospital formalities, my father was finally discharged.

The hospital staircase is quite long, and it is not possible to use it while carrying a patient. However, people who are physically fit should use the stairs whenever possible. This not only provides some exercise but also helps keep the elevators available for patients who truly need them.

I booked a car for my father and, before leaving, bought the necessary medicines from a pharmacy. Once the car arrived, we started our journey home.

On the way back, I kept looking at the tall buildings of the city. Watching those buildings while traveling felt quite nice. After dropping my father at home, I rejoined the office again at 3 p.m.

I stayed at the office until the evening. There was quite a bit of work today, especially since I had taken some time off in the afternoon. After finishing my work, I returned home. This was my diary for today.
