Pay the farmer today or the doctor tomorrow

The cheap fast foods have many chemicals and carbohydrates. When shopping at the grocery store for the least expensive variety of polished rice, you are basically deciding to be housed in a hospital bed in the future.

They have been looking at how much people spend on tablets prescribed for high blood pressure these days. One month’s supply can cost enough to purchase a big sack of organic garden eggs and enough local palm oil to use for an entire month. Farmers who do not add those poisonous synthetics to their crops will have to charge you more because of the difficulty in their job. Paying that extra amount up front is the better option. If you do not do it now, the pharmacist will bill you later.

My youngest nephew was prescribed supplements by his doctor because he will not eat real vegetables. I keep advising him not to use supplements, but he's not listening.

Vegetables from the ground are less costly than the supplements his parent's are buying now.

No matter how many people claim that organic food is a scam, they have never seen the amount of medical bills that come from kidney damage. My father recently spent a substantial amount of money on a surgical procedure when he could have avoided it by eating better soups and healthier meals. Most of what we eat today is just sugar. Doctors don't have enough time to care for everyone and they will not care how many times you come to them, they will continue to make money off of those who have a lack of discipline.

I don't even like some of these bitter herbs but they work and I force myself to use them. The medicine is bitter, cooking takes time, which do you prefer?
