Peanuts or peanut butter which do you prefer?
Do you like peanut more or the peanut butter instead? For the peanut itself, nut shells take a while to break into pieces. It also takes a while for the mound of shells to grow on the table and then for your stomach to get anything in it. You'll need to eat a lot to feel satisfied.
The fiber is no doubt something I appreciate as good for me but sometimes the hunger becomes too much and I'll add bread to it. With the peanut butter you could use a spoon to eat it right from the jar. I know some people are allergic to peanut butter and some might see the paste as being a bit too oily. Before I go to work if I'm in a rush and can't wait to make breakfast, I just swallow a large mouthful and leave. Will my body even know the difference? At some times I prefer and enjoy crunching the nuts themselves because it allows my hands to be busy. Especially if I'm writing a report for work.
But like I said, sometimes I need the speed and convenience of the butter over the nuts. In my family, I've not really observed my them enough to know whether they will choose butter over nuts, but most of them seem to choose whichever is closer. Thankfully no one has a peanut allergy so it's safe to use it in bread if I'm getting food for everyone.
If I had to choose only one for let's say the rest of the year, I think I will take the jar of butter or the paper wrap if I can find one beside the road.
The peanut butter is thick so I will drink a lot of water which is good for me.
Peanut in a shell you crack open and eat but the peanut butter is different because of what they put inside. One problem I have with the butter is that many companies use too much oil and sugar. This is bad for health. I visited a shop to examine the back of one jar. The salt level was very high. I don't even know why the companies will ruin something this simple and use additional oil when the thing has natural oils in it. It's probably to make their peanut butters very creamy. But for me, natural fat is alright, I read the label thoroughly before I choose one from the store.
