Hello dear friends,

Today, I have come to participate in the first week of the Steemit Challenge SLC-S32/W3, organized by the Honorable teacher @jyoti-thelight ma'am. She has brought a wonderful challenge whose name is "Traditional Milkshakes that beat the heat- Banana Milkshake". I feel proud to participate in this challenge.

🍌What varieties of bananas are available in your area, and what dishes are prepared using them?

Bangladesh is a predominantly rural country, with countless banana trees found all around the village. There is no house in the village without a banana tree. Various types and varieties of bananas can be seen on these trees. Each banana has its own taste and texture. Below we have presented the names of some of the bananas available here-
Sagar banana-It is usually large and sweet in size.
Sabri banana: Sabri banana is usually small to medium in size. This type of banana is thick.
Champa banana is usually soft in texture.
Kantali banana-Slightly hard and fragrant
Bengal banana-A traditional local banana. It is easily available in rural families.
In addition, raw bananas are available in sufficient quantity here and are eaten cooked.
Bananas are very easy to eat in our country, and they are used to make various delicious and nutritious dishes. For example,

Banana milkshake - It is made with bananas, milk, and sugar. Its popularity usually increases during the summer season.
Banana smoothie - It is a delicious dish made by blending it with yogurt and honey.
Banana cake - Ripe bananas are made into fluffy and soft cakes.
Banana pakora - To make this dish, bananas are dipped in batter and fried in deep oil.
Fruit salad - A delicious salad mixed with seasonal fruits.
Bananas are also widely used in making raw bananas, raw banana curry, raw banana bhaji, and banana kofta.

Now I will make a delicious and healthy banana milkshake as per the instructions of respected teacher @jyoti-thelight ma'am. Before starting to make a banana milkshake, I will introduce its ingredients. Below are the ingredients for making a banana milkshake-

🍌Ingredients to make the banana milkshake

Sabri banana	2 pieces
Sugar	3 spoons
Cashew nuts	15 pieces
Wood nuts	15 pieces

Using the above ingredients, now I am going to make a delicious banana milkshake, and its tutorial is presented below-

🍌Tutorials to make banana milkshake

🍌Step 1:-

First, I peel two Sabri bananas and put them on a plate. Then I cut them into small pieces and arrange them on a plate.

🍌Step 2:-

Now I cut the cashew nuts and wood nuts into small pieces and arrange them separately on a plate.

🍌Step 3:-

Now take a blender and add two types of nuts chopped into small pieces and blend them well. Put the blended powders on a plate.

🍌Step 4:-

Now add the bananas chopped into small pieces, and make a paste in the blender.

🍌Step 5:-

Once the banana paste is made, add 1/2 liter of liquid milk to it, along with that I add three spoons of sugar, and add the powdered nuts.
Now I mix everything well with the help of a blender.

🍌Step 6:-

Now I pour the mixture into two glasses, and the preparation of the delicious banana milkshake is complete. Which I have shown below.
