Name, location and hours of the Cloth shop
In our small town, there aren’t many large clothing showrooms, but in our nearby city Saidpur, several big clothing brand outlets have been established in recent years. Today, I’ll talk about one of the largest and most luxurious clothing showrooms in Saidpur city, Top Ten Mart Limited.

This newly opened showroom is located on Zikrul Haque Road, very close to the Saidpur Railway Station. Honestly, I never imagined such a large and well-decorated showroom could be built in our nearby city. You won’t have any difficulty finding it since it’s the biggest showroom in the area.
The showroom remains open every day except Friday, from 10 AM to 10 PM.
Atmosphere and Structure

The moment you step into Top Ten Mart, you instantly feel a luxurious shopping vibe. The entire interior is neat, well-organized, and beautifully arranged. This showroom is sure to feel attractive and appealing to any customer who visits it.

The modern interior design impressed me the most. This two-storied showroom has different sections on each floor. The ground floor includes men’s clothing, shoes for men, women, and kids, and various cosmetic products.

The second floor has a separate section for men’s fashion and accessories, followed by a women’s section offering a wide range of clothing. At the very end, there’s also a kids’ section, although I couldn’t take any photos there.

You’ll also notice several posters and models displaying trendy outfits, and the staircase to the second floor is quite stylish too. The structure of the showroom clearly reflects a sense of elegance and luxury. Separate sections for gents, ladies, and kids make shopping here more convenient and enjoyable.
Products, Service, and Price
The main attraction of this showroom is definitely its clothing collection. You’ll find trendy shirts, t-shirts, pants, salwar kameez, jeans, panjabis, and kids’ dresses, all made with high-quality fabric.

What surprised me most was that they also sell shoes and cosmetics. There are stylish shoes for men, women, and children. You can also find belts, wallets, attar (perfume), prayer mats, and caps.

I was particularly impressed by the huge men’s pant fabric collection on the ground floor. The store also sells branded cosmetic products, and since it offers so many beauty items, it naturally attracts many female customers. However, I noticed that the men's collection seemed to be slightly larger than the women's.

The quality of their products is undeniably high, but the prices are also quite expensive. For instance, a small girl’s frock cost around $49.22, and some kids’ shoes were priced at $12.31. I personally felt the children’s section was overpriced. Even men’s t-shirts were on the higher side.

Other Facilities
Top Ten Mart offers all modern facilities inside the showroom. The lighting, air conditioning, and clean environment make the shopping experience pleasant. The entire area is monitored through CCTV cameras. There’s a comfortable sofa on the ground floor where you can sit and relax for a while.

There are also trial rooms where you can try on clothes before purchasing. The trial room and mirrors are well-designed and clean. However, I think a separate parking space would have been a great addition, though I understand it’s a bit difficult to arrange such space in a small city.

One thing that really impressed me was the “Comment Box” service on the ground floor. Customers can share their feedback directly to the management, which can both positive and negative, I found this initiative very thoughtful.

As expected from a modern showroom, they accept almost every payment method, cash, mobile banking (bKash, Nagad), and card payment. After completing a purchase, you also receive a printed receipt with full details of your shopping.
My Personal Experience
I really liked their products, the quality felt premium and the designs were trendy. However, I do think some items are a bit overpriced. Of course, their pricing might be influenced by maintenance costs, staff expenses, and the high-end setup of the showroom.
I particularly liked the men’s shoes section, where the designs were modern and comfortable. The staff were friendly and cooperative, but I noticed something interesting, they allowed me to take photos on the ground floor, but when I went upstairs, the staff politely asked me not to take pictures there. That mixed behavior made me a little confused.
Overall, everything else seemed fine. I would definitely recommend this showroom to upper-middle-class and high-income shoppers, since the products are more on the luxury side. For budget shoppers, it might feel a bit expensive, but the quality truly speaks for itself.
