The Diary Game: The Home Coming/ Burial Of My Best Friend Grandfather(16-01-2026)

Hello stemians
So i want to share with you how my yesterday went. It was a very busy day.
So my best friend had invited me to her grandfather's burial, and i as a good friend i needed to be there to cheer her up. I woke up very early and transported myself to the burial ground which was conducted at my friend's village.

Although i barely knew her grand dad but I've heard about him as an amazing man, who left a huge impact on lives.

The burial ground was surrounded with people coming from far and near, and lots of prominent people. It began with a short prayer by the church that conducted the burial which was Apostolic church of God. There also was a moment for praise and worship which was quite glorious. Grand pa tribute was read by her grand child which was my friends youngest sister.
The moderator called on the audience of the pastor for the blessings of the whole family. Donation was also made to the chief mourner and the family as well.

I watched as tears was flowing from the eyes of friends and family when he was about to be lied to rest . It was a very very emotional moment as i watched my friend whose cloth was socked with tears as she recount her memories with her grandfather.

Anyways after the whole cry i opted for her to bring my food, which was afang and fufu.
It was a celebration of life and to God be the glory there wasn't any fight not quarrel as everything was done peacefully.
I went back home as it was quite late and had a long lasting rest.
