Assalam o alikum friends welcome to my blog today I
| Ingredients list |

| 1/2 kg chicken |
| 3 cup all purpose flour |
| 2 tbs instant yeast |
| 3 tbs cooking oil |
| 1 egg |
| As needed |
| 1 tbs sugar |
| Boiled chicken shared 1cup |
| 1 onion chopped |
| Veggies as you like |
| Cornflour 2 tbsp |
| 4 you green chillies |
| 1 tbs red chilli powder |
![]() | By first I added all dry ingredients in flour like sal,sugar , instant yeast a d mixed well. |

![]() | now add liquid ingredients in the mixture like egg,oil and water and incorporated well add water little by little because we need not too much liquids dough for bread |

![]() | ![]() | kneeded well and covered from plastic wrap for 2 HR for good raised |

![]() | Take a pan add add 1 tbs oil and chopped onion let's saute it for 2 minutes |

![]() | now Add boiled sharded chicken and ginger garlic paste |

![]() | ![]() | After 5 minutes add red chilli powder and tomato ketchup in it and cooked on low flame |

![]() | Now added chopped capsicums in the chicken fillings |

![]() | incorporated Chopped cabbage |

![]() | In 1/2 cup of water dissolved 2 cornflour makes liquid and add in chicken for more dried and well bind filling |

![]() | cooked for 5 minutes till cornflour cooked and we got the desired consistency off the flame set a side let it cool |

Bread making and baking
![]() | After two hours our bread raised well having soft and spongy texture so I rolled it in vertical style and cut it from knife in 5 small pieces |

![]() | Now I spread the dough by rolling pan and filled filling in few amount and cut it from all side in strips style |

![]() | on topping applied egg yolk by brush and white seesam seeds now our bread ready for baking |

![]() | tooky chicken bread in the oven ,my ven pre heated for 30 minutes on 180 cc we baked it for 20 minutes |
