Understanding Addiction and Overcoming It

Hello friends good evening how are you I hope you are good I am also good and I am here again with the new topic and a new post. Thank you so much for your earlier support it means a lot to me and it keeps me encouraging to be regular here.

Friends we all are addicted to something some addictions are good some addictions are bad some people are edited to reading books or other stuffs which are good for them but they are still addicted because of you people read a lot of books and that is their addiction. And others who are addicted to other things like and drugs smoking alcohol and other stuff.

So addiction can differ from person to person but addiction is an addiction I think either it is good or bad I consider it as an addiction if you are over doing it. If you are doing at in a limit and you have a fixed time for things then it's okay but if you are addicted to anything if you want to watch a movie it's okay if you are watching it in a we can but if you are only watching movies entire day whole week and for a month then that is not good you should do something else.

I know friends it is not easy to get rid of the addiction because if you want to get rid of addiction then you have to do something else try something new if you are able to do this then life will be better for you. Some addictions are good in away if you take it in a positive way but I think addiction can be killed because I have tried this on my own life but you just have to get rid of the things that are making you do that. I know it will be not easy but it's not like impossible thing you can do it if you really want to if you want to see some different kind of changes in your life then you will do it .

If you don't want to do anything like that then you will be stay the same if you want to change something in your life then you should change it and it is amazing if you are able to overcome your addiction and it will also boost your confidence and the lots of things to.
