Contest: My Vision for Society – A Public Speaking Contest

Today I wanted to write my thoughts for this interesting contest running by @alfazmalek and if you want to learn more here is the link:
It is normal that while we live in our society we often think that we are so small and will not be able to make any change by our voice, that is why majority of people just keep silence and do their routine. If we are good in anything we need to show our leadership and motivate people to unite and follow. The same that if it is time for election, some people feel that the government did not fulfil their wishes and that is why they may choose other party of other group just to hurt the one that is maybe good but did not manage to implement everything. When such situation happens we have to be grown up and think globally, that it is important to think about consequences of our action and often it may not be as good as it is promised. Be patient, think about not only about your own benefit but also about the whole society.
Some people are very good in getting people together, to make them interested and to unite. If there are such people then they definitely need to make sure that people around you are all involved into the live of your for example work, your study or maybe the school. Show your interest in others, show that you are ready to help them, try to find their best side and help them to develop them.
When we have the same goal we can reach a lot, many of us have different skills and also as a society and a group that has the same goal those skills could be shared into group and with that they could decided where what kind of skills could be used the best. We should not be jealous about the success of other members of a team, we need to strive for the success of the group and also to support each other, only then we can reach a lot.
