At first Jugoslavia was called the Kingdom of Croats , Serbs and Slovenians KRALJEVINA SHS and there were two nations that didn't like each other much: Croats and Serbs, so croats translated the name of the country as "Serbs want everything " ( Srbi Hoče Svego) and serbs translated it as "Only Croats interrupt " ( Samo Hrvati Smetajut"

during the rule of Josip Broz Tito Jugoslavia chanjed its name for three times: Democratic Federal Republic of Jugoslavia   , Federal  Peoples Republic of Jugoslavia and Socialist Federal Republic of Jugoslavia.
