China announces that it will launch the Tianwen-2 mission in 2025 to study and take samples of asteroids.

The first objective of this mission will be the asteroid Kamo`oalewa, about 40 meters in diameter, it is small, but it has something that makes it very special and that is that it is believed to be a fragment of our moon.

The Chinese probe will take samples of this asteroid, then return to Earth on a journey that will take about two years to leave the capsule with the samples on our planet, although the probe will not land, what it will do is take advantage of Earth's gravity to gain momentum and go to its next target, the active asteroid 311P/2013 P5 (PANSTARRS) of about 230 meters in diameter.

Active asteroids are a bit of a freak, as they have comet-like characteristics, they are thought to be either asteroids with a large amount of ice or comets that have not yet dried out and lost their ice.

The trip to get to banish asteroids will take about seven years, once there the spacecraft will orbit and analyze the object using a wide variety of cameras and spectrometers in order to obtain information on issues such as the mystery of the origin of water on earth, since many scientists think that much of the water in our oceans, rivers and lakes actually comes from asteroids and comets.
