Hello everybody,

The week 4 of the Season 7 Engagement Challenge is about to end and we are happy to see many participants in this week. It's the time to publish the week 5 contest. Let's move towards the theme of week 5 contest in our community.

Theme of Contest (Week 05)

---

In this fifth week of the season 7, we have decided a very interesting theme. All of us have gone through the time of school and college education and there are different experiences associated with different Steemians from various areas of the world. In this contest, we want to know about your thinking and ideas if you were the principal of your school or college. There are some tips for the participants to help them while participating. You have to give the answers of these question by considering if you were the principal.

• What would you do for the growth of your school in academics?

• What tips would you give to the teachers regarding the maintenance of descipline?

• Do you think sports should be promoted at school level? What would you want to do to encourage the sports boys/girls in your school?

• What do you do to provide the easy atmosphere for students to learn? (Behavior of teachers with students).

• At last, tell us about the personality of your school principle in your matriculation level.
