Hello to everyone

Today I want to introduce you to the cute son of our house.
I have been telling you often about my two little girls. But I haven't introduced you to my son yet.

Oguz is a male parakeet. He joined our family 17 months ago.

I have never owned a pet in my life. My husband used to own a budgie. He always said he wanted to have a servant. I thought I didn't want to take any responsibility with it.
In the end, I could not stand my husband's insistence and we adopted Oğuz.
When Oğuz joined our family yet. It was 1 month old. I loved it as soon as I saw it.
He became a part of our family as soon as he came to our house. He even calls my 5-year-old daughter Öykü Oğuz my bird brother.

I think Oğuz likes Öykü the most. There is a more intimate relationship between them and the story. Whenever he goes out of his cage, he immediately comes to Öykü.
He stands on Öykü's shoulders and plays with her hair.
The two of them are really good friends.

Oğuz is a very cute and lively bird. Before I adopted an animal, I was not aware that they had a character.
Oguz is more than a bird, he is an individual in our house.

Whenever I pick up the phone to take a picture of it, he immediately notices it and starts posing. I love this state of it. My handsome son is a master at taking beautiful pictures.

I would also like to show you two of Oğuz's toys. Whenever my girls start playing with their toys, Oğuz appears right next to them and starts playing with these two toys you see in the photo. Now we have accepted these two toys as Oğuz's toys. Even though we didn't accept it, our son even accepted it. He never shares these two toys with anyone. It also looks very cute when playing with the toy.

For Oguz, we buy servi food sold in petshops. My husband gives the food and water twice a week. He also cleans his cage. We don't bathe Oğuz very often in the winter season. It is summer now and Oğuz takes a bath almost every week. It looks so cute while taking a bath. We open the fountain and Oğuz goes under and washes himself.

Fortunately, our son has not been sick so far. only one bit. We immediately got a spray from the vet for this. Now we often spray his cage with a spray. From time to time, we spray Oğuz with a spray.

Now you know my only son, Oğuz, who is the 5th member of our family. Isn't it so cute?

After adopting my son, I realized what a great shortcoming it was to not have an animal until now.
Animals are truly our best friends.
