Life is not lived by lies.

Life is a long journey and on this journey we get to know many people and build many relationships and dream many dreams but if the foundation of all these things is based on lies then that life will never get a solid foundation and lies may temporarily bring us some benefits but in the end it breaks down and breaks trust and relationships and one's self-respect along with it and lies usually start with some small excuse and today it's a little late I didn't do it I'm fine small lies like that often take a big shape and at first it seems what is the harm in it but gradually one has to resort to more lies to cover that lie and at one time the person himself does not understand which one is telling the truth and which is a lie.

And the biggest damage is trust. Trust is the lifeblood of a relationship and family, friendship or love, all of these things depend on trust and once someone realizes that they have been lied to, suspicion arises in their mind and that suspicion gradually creates distance and the relationship is no longer as transparent as before and a small lie can sometimes ruin a relationship of years. Lies also take away our inner peace and if we tell the truth, our mind is light but if we lie, fear works in our mind and if we are caught, if someone finds out, this instability makes people mentally weak and we have to become small to ourselves and when we look in the mirror, we feel shy to look at our own eyes because deep down we all know that the truth is the only way that makes us strong.

And many people think that it is not possible to be completely truthful in real life and maybe in some situations people are forced to hide some things but hiding and lying are not the same thing and one has to have the courage to tell the truth and sometimes the truth hurts but that pain is temporary and the lie gives temporary relief but the result is long-term pain and honesty is very important to be successful in life and an honest person may move slowly in the beginning but his path becomes strong and people trust him and respect him. Honesty in the workplace, business or personal life gives a different identity to a person because people easily trust truthful people.

And the most important thing is to be honest with yourself. Many times we lie to ourselves to look good to others but our own mind cannot be deceived and admitting our mistakes is accepting our limitations and all these make a person. The last thing is that lying may help us pass some time but we cannot live our whole life and the truth may be difficult but it is permanent and if the path of life is illuminated by the light of truth then it is the path of peace, respect and self-respect and so let us choose the truth because truth is the greatest power in life.
