Contest greetings to you my fellow contestants in this community,it gladden my heart to hear from you and more especially being a member of this contest So without delaying, vegetable is what we normally use to cook at all time, naturally, vegetable Carry a lot of minerals which is usefulness to our body. So I will like to contest using bitter leaf as my Case study.

What vegetable Are Available In Your Area

The vegetable Leaf that is so common in my area is bitter Leaf in my area, every body are so in love cooking it.

How Much Money Do Have To Spend To Buy Vegetable In A Month?

Normal due to the number of people in my family and the frequent cooking of bitter Leaf in the house,I used # 5,000 naira in a month in buying bitter Leaf to cook soup every week in my local currency, # 20,000 naira and in Steem coin is 54.79 steem equivalent as today Steem raising.

Can The Vegetable Be Growing In Your Area Or Your Own Land ?

Yes, bitter Leaf can grow well in my area and also in my land. The one in my land is because I make sure I take good care of it during dry season I will be sprinkling water on them so it will be fresh at all time. You can see it on the picture how greenish it is and the chlorophyll is so important to the body.

Tell About Your favorites Vegetable, And Details The vitamins They Contain ?.

My favorite vegetables are, •>Bitter Leaf • water leaf.

The vitamins They Contain are

Vegetable. | Vitamin
• butter leaf |l A,B,E ,B1 and B12
• Water Leaf. |. A, E and vitamin C

In dental,Waterleaf is very very rich source of stone essential nutrients like Calcium, Phosphorus, Iron, which is very very good to the body.
Vitamin C is also a good source and also Vitamin A, so all of it are doing going work in the body system.

Finally, Tell us Vitamins Some Vegetables Contain And How They Help The Body?

As I said in the fourth question,, some vitamins are Vitamin A, Vitamin E and Vitamin C. Vitamins A, C and E have some properties such as antioxidant properties, this helps the body ro override harmful molecules, that is known as free radicals, these are produced within our cells and which may cause tissue damage or disease. So they really help the body to fight all these attacks.

In conclusion,I believe I have been able to convince the panel of judges that Bitter Leaf is an important vegetable Leaf that our body needs at all time because of it vitamins and minerals. Thank you.
