This community is going nowhere.
1. Too many members are not upvoting other members' posts.
2. I know that I've told you many times that I don't upvote my posts. I've started to upvote some of them. You could do the same because if nobody looks after you then you need to look after yourself.
3. Too many members are sending STEEM or SBD to exchanges.
I don't want to spend my time upvoting posts and not being able to do more important things. Here on Steemit I'm the most active community leader in the true sense of the word and the one who gets the least upvotes.
I don't care about the latter but I would like you to support other members' posts.

re the most active community leader and you do your best to support both newcomers and old members of this group with upvotes, motivating comments resteems etc. You take part in various initiatives and encourage others to follow your example.All this is true. I disagree with the "... community is going nowhere" part and Ill do my best to not let it happen. Im working on a new idea that will involve a maximum number of singers and dancers and the result will be /I hope/ useful for the whole steemit community not just DnM group, but it will start from here. Ill post more next week in a separate post.I`ll try to prove that joint efforts may lead to amazing results
