Growing the tomatoes the right way. Speem Video
Hello friends on steemit and Speem Video community, it's another day and another chance for me to share an agricultural tip with everyone and since yesterday's video was well received, I decided to make another one.
Under advice from a friend yesterday @corpsekaizen, I posted on Speem, and on YouTube to share it here as well. The YouTube video is below and you can enjoy the same video in Steemit using Speem.
This time it's about planting tomatoes.
- For everything, I've discussed shortly in the video, I'll get better at sharing longer ones.
As stated already, the first step to successfully growing your own tomatoes is to start with cherry tomatoes and not the bigger ones. There are actually different types of them. You can even buy the cherry tomato seedlings at a store. Compared to the larger tomato plants, these seedling tomatoes are strong and easy to tend to. Just find a sunny spot in your garden and plant them in good soil.
To also make sure your cherry tomatoes have support as they grow, place a metal cage or stick in the soil around your tomatoes. Then to support your tomatoes in their early stages and to fight the growth of weeds, place dry leaves or dry grass in the soil around your tomatoes. This practice will keep the soil moist and help you save time.
Make sure to only water the roots of the fresh soil, getting the leaves wet could cause your plant to become sick. In no time, you'll have a strong crop of cherry tomatoes to harvest. For anyone growing tomatoes, hope you find this tip useful. Thanks for reading and I'll see you in the next one.

Thank you for the support @ninapenda, I just read about being plus member. I forgot where I read but they said delegating 500SP and this one said at least 200. I'll delegate as much as I have and as I grow organically I'll do more. It's good benefits, the storage space, I didn't even know there was a limit 😅. I seem to have forgotten there needs to be a place to store the video I'm uploading.
