Prepare your health starting from a young age
health must be prepared at a young age. and it all depends on the lifestyle you do everyday. when at a young age you do not have a good lifestyle, then as time goes by, there will be many diseases that you face when in old age. as an example:
for example at a young age you very rarely do sports and often consume foods that contain sugar. then often as time goes by you will be at high risk of developing diabetes. does not mean you should not eat sweet foods. of course you can, and because sugar is also useful to add energy to do activities. but because you rarely exercise, the sugar levels in your body will continue to accumulate. and this will cause the pancreas to be damaged so that it can no longer convert sugar into energy.
when you have diabetes, other complications also occur. such as eye damage, kidney failure, hypertension, and many other diseases that are ready to destroy you in old age. I will give example 1 again in cholesterol disease.
Cholesterol is also a chronic disease that starts at a young age. and cholesterol is present in the blood vessels so that your blood flow will be disrupted to flow. when your cholesterol is in the heart, it will cause coronary heart disease. and when your cholesterol is in the brain, it will cause a stroke. various complications you face. it's not just cholesterol and diabetes that you will face when you are old. but many other diseases.
take care of your health at a young age, by adopting a healthy lifestyle. that is by exercising regularly, not consuming foods that contain high sugar, not too often eating fast food, and foods that are fried in oil repeatedly. It doesn't matter if you eat the food. because desire is very difficult to get rid of. but not too often. and one more, consume foods that contain complete nutrition.
foods that contain complete nutrition, namely the rice you eat has many menus. for example a small portion of rice but there are fish and vegetables.
