Why are you always unhappy?
1. Lack of faith.
Why do the blacks and Mexicans around us rely on relief, and even ask for money on the streets to survive all day long and happy? Why are so many Chinese people who are all going well, but still depressed? After all, it is the Chinese ideology that has a problem. Now the Chinese have abandoned their beliefs and have not established a new philosophy of life. If they lose their direction in life, they have also lost the means of controlling happiness, leading many people to choose unhappiness among happiness. Each of us is happy, troubled, and painful not because of the thing itself, but because of our concept and attitude towards the problem. As Milton said: "Consciousness itself can make hell into heaven, and it can also turn heaven into hell."
Without faith, it is easy to build values on some external things, even on mutual comparison, looking up to others' success and feeling humble; looking up to others' happiness, lamenting one's own misfortune; comparing others' gains, angering one's own frustration; Compare the happiness of others and magnify your own pain.
2.Love to compare.
People's life seems to be used for comparison. Children are compared with "children from other people" since they were young, comparing grades, abilities, more or less awards, and whether they were admitted to prestigious schools. When I graduated to work, I was compared whether the job was good enough, the salary was good or not, and the benefits were not many...Long time placed under the requirements and comparisons of my parents, I would habitually develop the habit of comparison over time. : Am I better than others? My eating and wearing performance is better than others...
Comparing becomes a habit and naturally unhappy. Others have what they don’t have, so you have to work hard to own it. If you have it, it’s good to be happy. The most feared is that you will find that others have gone to a new level after you have it, which will increase your troubles. Not to mention that there are some things that people can't have in their entire life. When people are not after happiness, but happier than others, happiness is far away from us.
3.Monotonous and regular.
Life lacks enthusiasm and entertainment, and life is usually step by step. The life of a student is a three-point one-liner. To live for the first grade, the first grade and the college entrance examination, life seems to be monotonous with only study and books. The life of a working person is also to go to work, eat and sleep. The precious weekend time is not enough for rest, and it is difficult to go for outings or entertainment. Maybe when you are old, you have a lot of time to play, but your body is not up to the point, and you can't stand up to travel, eating and drinking.
I have got to accept this is the reality sometimes!!
