Sometimes life can behave like some market women that will be shouting price of her goods anyhow. But you will carry money to buy tomato, she will tell you that "There's no change.” If you don't have courage to accept the disappointment, you will be angry but if you calm down, you will walk to another place to buy it and it might even be more cheaper.

Yes for sure, acceptance is not a small thing. To accept that something has fail, or a person reject you, or life didn't go as I plan, will surely require a very strong heart. Courage is not only when I fight war or shout on the street. Courage is when I can look disappointment eye-to-eye and still say, “I will survive.”

For example, a person which apply for a job and they tell him “We are sorry, you are not qualified for the Job.” If you don't have courage, you can to begin cry or even insult HR. But if you have courage, you will just accept that maybe it's not your time, maybe a better opportunity is waiting. Acceptance is hard because human being don't like shame at all. But courage do help a person to swallow that bitter pill.

So yes, acceptance require courage. It's courage that make you say “I won't die because of this setback.” Its courage that makes you stand up again after life have push you down.

Truth be told, rejection is really painful, but it doesn't mean that your life have finish. To handle it positively, you can try these few points:

• See rejection as redirection: Therefore, sometimes when one door closes, it's because another one is about to be open. If one job reject you, maybe it's because God want to save you from problems and brings you a new better job.

• Learn lesson inside rejection: If business fail, just check what you can do better next time. Maybe it failed because of poor planning, or maybe wrong timing. So look into it to learn some lessons against next time.

• Don't carry rejection as personal insult: A Person to reject you doesn't means that you useless. For me It just mean that your own path is quite different from their own.

• Try To Keep hope alive: We all know that life is full of ups and downs like disappointments. So today you might just fail, but tomorrow you can surely succeed.

• Just Surround yourself with positive people: If you always try to be around people that will encourage you, rejection won't simply weigh you down too much.

However, rejection is just like the pepper we put in our soup. It will be hot, but it give taste to the food. If you handle it well, it can even make you to be more stronger.

Courage and acceptance is like twin brothers. One can't survive without the other. Then Courage is like the power that push you to face any problem. Acceptance is that wisdom which dey tell you that, “Its not everything you can control.”

Let just think it like football match. Courage is when you enter the field to play with full energy. Acceptance is when referee blow the whistle that the match have end, even if you lose. At this point you can be angry, but you must accept that the game have finish.

Courage always give us strength to stand. Acceptance will give us peace of mind to rest. If you have courage without acceptance, you will fight unnecessary battles. If you have acceptance without courage, you will surrender too quickly. But when the two join together, you will surely be balance.

So in all courage and acceptance is two sides of same coin. One do push you forward, the other will calm your spirit. Together, they will make life easier to bear.

Life is not really smooth like balloon. Sometimes it will be just more rough than we expected, sometimes it will be sweet and enjoyable too. But in all if you can combine courage and acceptance, you will survive any storm. Courage will make you stand strong, acceptance will make you rest your mind.
