Hello, friends welcome to my post in which I have discussed "The highest time I watched a movie!" as part of my participation in this contest organized by @meraindia
Which movie have you seen the highest number of times as of now? Why?
The above movie titled; Apocalypo which I just don't know why I kept watching the movie more often than other movies. I think the reason for this could be that I found the movie very interesting with a real and original story behind it.
Everything about the movie seems to be real, which is one of the reasons that I kept watching the movie and another reason is the fact that the movie is also an action movie which I like watching action movies where real intellectual power and strength are being displayed, rather than just the use of guns, technologies, and weapons to fight.
In the movie, there is a particular group of people whose lives depend on hunting that were avoided by others who seem to be more powerful than they are because of the weapons and crowd they have.
The powerful community went into the community of the hunters who killed and captured their men, including a young man called Jaguar Paw, who was captured with his people by the rulers of the Mayan Kingdom who had more people. However, Jaguar Paw escaped death and ran back to save his lovely wife and children, but he saw hell during the process which I will leave you to watch for yourself as I have shared the YouTube clip above.

Yes, I believe in this modern era that this art form still brings excitement to rejuvenate ourselves, besides other art forms. However, due to the social media platforms, people find it difficult to watch a complete movie as a lot of people including myself prefer comedy to movies. For now, I would say that it is comedy and short content that we often come across on Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms that brings excitement to rejuvenate ourselves more.
Which kind of entertainment do you enjoy the most, films or series? The rationale behind your choice!
I enjoy films more than series. The reason is that I am someone who hardly sit down to watch a complete movie that is shorter not to talk of using weeks or months to watch a series. I prefer movies because if I choose to watch it, I can watch it completely in a day, rather than one that usually takes time to complete and because of this I now prefer short content over films and series.
Your post is really worth reading. Your opinion on Apocalypto in particular was very interesting. The realistic story and action of this film really make it unique from others, and the way you have captured its true essence is admirable.
Reading about Jaguar Paw's struggle and courage made the story even more impactful. Such films really keep a person bound till the end. You are also right that nowadays people are more inclined towards short content due to social media, but still films always have their own charm and impact.
