In your opinion which one is more challenging: achieving success or retaining it? Share your views!

In my opinion retaining success is more challenging than achieving it. Achieving success is already very difficult because it needs hard work patience strong belief and sacrifice. For example manys famous people like Virat Kohli worked very hard to becomes successful in their field. They spents years practicing and improving themselves. But after achievings success the real challenge starts. When a person becomes successful people expect more from them. They have to maintain their position performance and reputation. There is always competition. New talented people keep coming. If a successful person becomes careless or lazy they can lose everything very quickly. Retaining success needs continuous effort discipline and self-control. It also needs humility because pride can destroy success. That is why i believe keeping success is harder than getting it.

What is more significant enjoying our passion or chasing success? Describe!

I think enjoying our passion is more significant than only chasing success. Success is important in life because it gives us respect stability and confidence. But if we only run after success without loving what we do we may feel tired stressed and unhappy. When we follow our passion we work with love and interest. We feel happy even when the work is difficult. For example if someone loves painting they will paint with full heart even if they do not become famous. But if they becomes successful in painting that success will gives them doubles happiness because it comes from their passion. Chasing success withouts passion is likes running in a race without knowing why we are runnings. We may win but we may not feels satisfied. Passion gives meaning to our work. Success gives results but passion gives joy. In my view if we enjoy our passion success will automatically follow one day.

What is the definition of achievement according to your perspective?

According to my perspective achievement is not only about money fame or a high position. Achievement means reaching a goals after hard work and effort. It can be big or small. For a student passing an exam with good marks is an achievement. For a mother raising her children with good values is an achievement. For a poor person building a small house with honest earnings is also a great achievement. Achievements is something that makes us prouds of ourselves. It gives inner satisfactions and confidence. It shows that we did not give up when things were hard. I believes true achievement is when we grow as a person. If we become more kind patient and strong through our journey that is a real achievement.
