Community Purpose:
The main goal of this community is to bring together all Bengali speaking users and bring the steemit platform to all Bengalis around the world. This community is for Bangla content only. Content may not be published in any other language here. This is a unique community within the steemit platform.There is no other community that resembles this community. So far no Bengali language based community has been on the steemit platform. Most of those who speak Bengali cannot speak and write in other languages.They try to write in English using Google Translator. But it is not possible to express one's self in a peaceful way. There are many limitations here. This community has been prepared on the basis of Bengali language keeping in mind their problems. For this reason, Bengalis will easily choose the steemit platform to share their contents. If all Bengali users can publish Bengali language content, we will see the maximum of their talents.
Through this community based on our mother tongue, the steemit platform can be easily introduced to the approximately 265 million Bengali speaking people of the world. Our plans are for the long term. We are moving forward with many big plans. Hopefully we will be able to bring the Bengali speaking population under this platform soon.

• What countries are they from and what languages do they cover?
@moh.arif , @shuvo35, @hafizullah and @rex-sumon is managing from Bangladesh and @winkles, @blacks @rme - these three are managing from India. Since our community is only for Bengali users, every admin and moderator conducts their work in Bengali language.
• Are the team members paid or rewarded in any way from the community funds for their work in running the community?
Voting support is provided from the community curation account in the post of moderators.
• If you only have one Admin what would happen to your community if you left or lost your keys?
We have two admins in our community. So if i lost the key of the community account, it will remain with the other admin. And we are not here to leave the community.

Two accounts are being used for community curation. The two community curation accounts: @rme and @amarbanglablog । The amarbanglablog account is the official community account. All community update information is published from this account.

The main power of @amarbanglablog community account is 201,480 SP. And the delegation SP is 11040. Total = 212,520 SP

All rewards are used to increase the power of the community.

Plagiarism & Abuse:
Our community team is on high alert about plagiarism, copy paste, spamming, reposting. Almost all posts are checked every day. Our community team has been conducting this work for 3 weeks. Also @endingplagiarism is the moderator of our community. Our report for the last 3 weeks is given below:

Yes, we ensure that over 90% authors of our community use copyright free photos, images & videos. The rest of the 10% authors use photos collected from different sources & cite the original source links. We're continously working to alert such authors & encouraging them to use copyright free photos in their articles.
Engagement & Commenting:
About 90% -95% of posts in the community are checked every day. A user's mistake is corrected by commenting. This has led to significant changes among new users. Now they are working properly. Our community team has reached out to almost all members. We invite everyone to the community's official Discord server to bridge the gap with users. Here users are given solutions to various problems. In addition, in the weekly hangout, users ask us questions and we answer them.
Plans & Updates:
Our main plan is to bring together all Bengali users and create a self-sufficient community within the next one year. We motivate every user to increase their power. An initiative called Target December has been taken to increase the own steem power of all users in our community. The initiative has received a very positive response from users. We are not limited to increasing the power of the community. We are constantly motivating to increase the own power of all users in the community. We join Discord with all members on a specific day of the week. Being able to connect directly with us, all users ask us questions and we try to answer every question.
We will gradually add to our community on various social media. This is part of our next plan. We do not compromise on the quality of our community. We will continue our trend. We are constantly updating our plans to keep up with the times and the steemit environment.
Promotion:
Currently we are more concerned with community quality upgrades than promotions. However, we have a big plan for promotion. We currently promote the community in 3 ways. Many big prize contests are organized from the community. The contests are shared by the participants and the community team. Then many users come to the community because the price pool is big. Also every week in our community, various issues of cryptocurrency are discussed. The Bengali user can easily understand. Most of the Bengali users do not understand English, they do not understand the posts of Crypto Academy’s. Tutorials on various topics are published in the community every week. It plays an effective role in attracting the attention of external users.
In our next week’s hangout at Discord we will discuss about promoting our community.Our community campaigns will be run on various social media platforms. Since our community is only 1.5 months old, a lot of work is still left out. But we are working. We are not spending lazy time.
Extra information :
Finally, I would like to say that if our community gets monthly support, we will be able to prove that we deserved support. First of all, we will do our best to take our community to the top. After that we will be able to give full support to hundreds of users daily.
In the next two years, our community will make a big investment. Such a community is definitely good for a STEEMIT platform. For the time being, it is very important to get support for the users in our community. There is a lot of good content in the community. They are being supported by the community. But they deserve more support. Many Bengali content creators are unable to prepare content in other languages. It is also important to give proper support to all those good quality Bengali content creators. We hope the STEEMIT team puts our community on their monthly support list. At the grassroots level we can deliver support.

More than 100 active users within a month is showing the eagerness of Bengali people towards this community is very much clear. There are about 270 million Bengali native people living in Bangladesh and India. Huge number of people are adopting blockchain technologies from this two countries day by day. The combined effort in terms of moderation and admin panel of this community is based on this two countries and that is great showing the love for the native language Bengali. We Bangladeshi and Indians work collectively in this community is very important focus of this community that I love much.
The community has got some leader who are skilled and experienced in coding and blockchain. They invested money in buying steam power and bought some delegations as well. So, total 200 thousands+ SP is huge at the initial level for this community.
The community moderators are also highly experienced in blockchain having about 70 reputation. They are strict in terms of plagiarism and other abuse issues with showing plagiarism report of the overall community per week. In weekly hangout every thursday, they are educating newcomers nicely. That's pretty cool.
Within very short time the community is among the top 15 communities of the steemit. It will be great to see this community in the monthly program of supporting 5 communities by @steemitblog with the help of @steemcurator01, @steemcurator02 and @booming. I am very happy to support this community and be with this bengali community which is very much specialised for Bengali native people of India and Bangladesh. With this kind of monthly support this community will be able to go to the top 5 list in the communities within a month, i hope.

In a very short time, Amar Bangla blog has come to a good position and succeeded in presenting an example of everyone's skills. Really this community is doing very well, Everyone in the community is working with honesty and dedication . This language-specific community, which is happened to be for the Bangali language speaking users around the world is so much alive and thriving. To be honest, steem/steemit is not a Facebook/Twitter. Meaning, we here for a certain goal or intention. The intention is to earn some currencies to comfort our life. If we don't see such outcome in a few days, weeks or months, we will be disappointed and maybe even leave in quest of alternative. So, providing for monetary support for the members is a big challenge for the team members. It is also a challenge for the Steem/steemit team to retain the users in this platform, they need to support the content creators here.
So, hope that the steemit team will help the community team as well as members by providing such support so that a huge number of Bangali speaking people can come here and show their skills in their own language.
That's a very nicely decorated application. Amar bangla blog community is always keeping it’s quality high. This is the only dedicated community for the bengali speaking people. Where we can express our self in our native language. Within a very short span of time this community has prooved that they came with a big plan. @rme is supporting all the members from his own pocket. A great community for blogging in Bengali. In fact, although our mother tongue is Bengali, many of us have forgotten the Bengali language.
