A really big shift and it does show how the power distribution is altered.
Under the second scenario, the Orcas and Dolphins have about 54% of the MVests.
Oh, those rules have now been changed alright. Interesting times.....to say the least.

So much for the softfork... 🤨 Who the heck are these new witnesses? I guess money talks.
It is an interesting view of things, but we will have to wait and see what comes out in the wash of meetings. I am just hoping after this is all said and done that people will re-look at the witness selection process, and the down vote process, and the removal of delegated steem to down vote only accounts.
That is a dramatic improvement in decentralization of governance indeed. If @justinsunsteemit is actually as supportive of decentralization of Steem as some of his remarks have indicated, it appears he can airdrop a great ways towards that achievement.
