What New Initiative does Steemit Should Take?
Good day everyone. I hope you all are doing well in your respective lives. So today, we will discuss or propose some projects that the Steemit team should implement to grow this platform.
Nobody is perfect, and everything needs some improvement over time to copeth the market's current trends. And in my opinion, the current trend is Marketing, NFTs, and messengers.
Here we will see the 3 points, from which we will first see about the NFTs. The STEEM should have its own NFTs marketplace from which we can buy and sell the NFTs (non-fungible tokens) through Steem.
NFTs are unique cryptographic non-fungible tokens that can not be replicated by those who do not know. It is one of the important parts of the blockchain nowadays because many people have become millionaires.
I know that many artists on this platform will have good exposure to NFTs. But we know that Ethereum and Solana still grasp a huge market share, but steem also has the potential as Steem can also launch its own NFT games, and the characters can be used as the NFTs. And also, this project can help Steem to get more investors, which will be a very big achievement for this ecosystem.
We need a place where we can buy and sell the NFTs through the steem we have earned, as this can be an opportunity for many to double their assets.
From my point of view, I will say yes. STEEMIT needs a messenger like any other social media so that the people can get more connected with each other.
We know that many people on this platform talk to each other on different platforms, like Discord, telegram, or Facebook. So why not bring the messenger to the Steemit platform so the people do not have to go to another forum or have to check their mobile phones to see if there is any message or not.
But there is one thing to keep in mind, is that in that messenger, there should be some request system so that if the other person accepts the request, then they can have a chat with each other otherwise, this will not be the system I am pretty sure it will get hectic for many people.
From the time I came to this platform, I didn't know if Steemit had a whole bunch of teams or not. And if they had a marketing department or not. We have seen some like steemcurator01,02, who curates the posts, and some developers like @the-gorilla and others who develop some new interference for this platform.
And the marketing is done by the normal people. But the problem is the marketing we are doing is bringing a normal middle-class person to this platform, and the only investment they are making is the time investment. So this platform needs real professional marketing, which will focus on people having big bucks.
This thing can bring back the glory of this platform.
It was a really good experience, writing on this topic, to be honest when I first saw this topic I didn't know what to write and it took me 4 days to think of those topics. I know they are pretty common, but I think they are really important, especially the Marketing.

I appreciate your proposals about NFTs and Marketing but I think Steemit should be left alone and not be integrated with a Messenger. You must know why I am saying this. XD
The ease of contact would be tiresome and annoying for curators.
This would affect the engagement of posts. People feel more comfortable sharing their thoughts in private than publicly in a comment.

I think NFTs is a good proposal but steemit messenger would create a lot of unnecessary problems euch as 'Hi DeAr Hw R u' from random Pakistani and Indian uncles
Haha I know that's why I also proposed a request system. If the other person accept your request than you can send the message to that person only.
If this project opts for this platform regarding the NFTs and the marketing department it will surely gonna change the future of this platform.
The idea of steemit message seems very promising as not everything should be done public.
But the a private messagenger would lead to privacy and other bad thing's
Yeah that's a big flaw for this project, but there are people more intelligent than us who can work things out.
