Hello Freinds,

We all know that health is the root of all happiness. But healthy food plays a key role in maintaining good health, a fact we often forget. If you can't eat healthy food, it will never be possible to keep your health healthy.


With the month of Ramadan now underway, we need to be a little more vigilant in maintaining our health. Especially since it is summer, we should drink this kind of drink so that we do not get dehydrated. And for this I have chosen a wonderful way. Today I will share this healthy recipe with you.

Chira, perhaps known to many, is made from rice. Many people know it as dry flattened rice. However, many people are not aware of its health benefits. But in our country this chira is quite known and people try to eat it in various ways, to ensure physical well-being.


I chose this chira to make my healthiest drink. However, there is a more wonderful ingredient, which is yogurt. There is no need to say anything new about yogurt, because we all know about its health benefits. There is no denying the role of yogurt in overcoming various physical problems.

Let's take a look at the materials-

  • Chira
  • Yogurt
  • Sugar
  • Salt and
  • Water

Now let's see the preparation method-

First we soak some amount of chiras in a small bowl so that the chiras become soft. Because if the chiras are not soft, it will be difficult to blend. Soak for ten minutes.

Then we put the soaked chiras in a blender, along with some sugar, salt and yogurt. Then I will mix some water with them and blend. It doesn't take much time to blend. After blending, we will pour them into a glass.

Then mix some ice cubes with these, you can get a cold taste. It will work effectively to keep our body and stomach well. Will protect physical fitness especially during hot weather.

In fact, it is very easy to make, but it has many health benefits. In our country, this sherbet made from Chira Yogurt is available in various spots or restaurants during the summer. You can make it at home by following this method if you want.
