"SEC-S30W2: Family Bonding Activities"

Welcome to week two! I was so happy to receive so many entries last week and to see how the activities they chose bonded them together. We are not done yet, we are just in week 2. The truth remains that everyone on earth came from a family. Some families are bonded together while some are not. Sometimes some wish to bond together but certain factors hinder them. Most families are at the verge of breaking apart because they concentrated on something else instead of on things that can bond the family together. Through this season 30, we are going to see and participate in different activities that will bond families together and build close relationships amongst family members.

These family bonding activities are designed to strengthen emotional connections, create lasting memories and improve communication among family members. This is because they are a shared experiences that foster unity, trust and cooperation through engaging, quality-time activities ranging from cozy indoor games to outdoor adventures, ultimately improving family dynamics and reducing stress. Who wouldn't want that?😃

Additionally, when families stay close by spending quality time together especially in ways that encourage communication, teamwork and fun , they stay connected across different ages and interests.

In this week two, families are going to bond together through simple things they do easily. The table below shows the list of activities that families can choose at least one from and participate

• The table above lists 5 different activities that families can choose from. Your family should choose at least one out of the listed activities above and mention which one you chose.

• Describe the chosen activity in details and how it was done

• Who in the family enjoyed this activity the most

• What are the challenges of getting everyone together to carry it out?

• What are the gains and did it bond your family in a special way?

Note that these activities are to be carried out this week and not to detail what your family did in the past

Adding video will be worth it but it's optional. But pictures has to be there, at most 4 pictures that show when these activities are going on.
