I will like to appreciate Recreative steem community for bringing up this wonderful topic, steemcurator01 is no more a new name to us who has been on this platform for like 7-8months now , but for newbies it may sound strange so this writeup will help them to understand better whom steemcurator01 is and his or her duties on steemit.

▶️¿What would you do if you were the operator of the steemcurator01 account?

Sc01 is that person that the voting power is very influential to a post. If am the operator of sc01 account i will be very supportive and appreciative to every on this blockchain . Since every activities and writeup are been seen and monitored I will make sure that newbies noticed my voting power to enable them to be focused and active in writing.

▶️What would be your criteria for selecting an author's publication and rewarding it?

My criteria for selecting author's publication and rewarding it are as follows.

Activeness	quality post	club	Reasons
40%	50%	70%	Is not easy to be active, writing quality post and been in a club no matter your club

Another criteria i will use is engagement and setting of percentage to communities and projects. Any person that is always engaging meaningful on post and supporting projects like burnsteem25, solarsteem25pc and the rest will be consistently considered in my voting and rewarding.

▶️What type of content would you dedicate more percentage of vote to it?

I will like mytownin10picture, SteemGrowth, leanwithsteem, and business post. All this content requires creativity and personal findings.

▶️How would you ensure that the potential of the curated account is maximized?

Potential of the curated account is maximized by engagement, supporting others and powerups.

▶️How many people would operate the account to make it work properly?

Sc01 work is a very cumbersome one that is tasking so for it to work more properly I will choose like 10 persons to work with this will be able us to reach my steemains who are doing well in the platform.

▶️Would you disclose your identity or prefer anonymity?

To me anonymity is the best. When you don't know something the fear to know it will be there but when you get to know it you will feel relaxed . So in this in this curating work if Sc01 discloses his or her identity the quality of steemit blockchain is totally off. Because people will be behaving any how after all they have sc01 contact and can talk to him or her privately aside online. I prefer hidden identity it gives more result.

I wish to become a sc01 oneday it may be laughable today but I don't doubt it because a drops makes big water. Thank you my friends for coming to my blog.
