In the Midst of Disappointment

To the best of my knowledge what i understand by the word disappointment is this, the word disappointment has to do with feeling of pains like sadness, so also disappointment in a layman language is when someone did something that you did not want he or she to do or you have told he or she not to do and the person go ahead and did it. This is what I understand by the word disappointment

Several time I have been disappointed by many people people like trust before I believe that they will not do such to me and to greatest surprise the disappointed me for example of such disappointment aer these; I was opportunity to manage a few people on an organization and before every other thing we had a meeting you will discuss things together and decided on what to do and what not to do and the time to do such things we were asked to schedule on how to mob and clean the environment and we all agree that we will be between it together except for any reason and personally this person that disappointed me was the closest person and when did they reach for that the car is disappointed me by not cooperative with me today

Sound very common and simple to pronounce the word disappointment but this word is dangerous to the best of my knowledge it can cause health problem and can possibly lead someone to death because of the pain that it

If there is anything that I will say on this question why is it hard to deal with disappointment, as I said earlier disappointment is A dangerous thing that can affect the health and even lead someone to death because alod of people today are having heart attack and anything that will make them to see any force disappointment.
