MY NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH #147-REPORTING EVENTS AROUND US
Hello, friends! I wanted to share a recent experience I had with my younger sister during her UTME exams. The day before the exams, we set aside time to review her materials together. It was a quiet and focused session, and I noticed she was quite nervous, but we covered everything essential and discussed strategies for staying calm during the tests.

My Experiences when I took my Kid Sister for Her UTME Exams
On the day of the exam, we made sure to get ready early. We had all our things prepared and left home on time. Upon arriving at the University of Uyo town campus, where the exam center was located, we encountered a large crowd of students and their parents. Fortunately, my sister's center was centrally located, making it easy to find. The campus was accessible, which contributed to a smooth experience.

When we arrived at the venue, officials directed the students to a WhatsApp group for further instructions. After a brief wait, the verification process began, taking about three hours for all students to be verified and seated. At around 12:30 PM, the exams finally commenced, giving students a two-hour period to complete them.
While waiting, I engaged in conversation with other parents to help pass the time. There was a blend of excitement and nervous energy in the air, but we tried to maintain a light atmosphere. Eventually, my sister emerged from the exam room—exhausted but relieved it was over.
We returned home, where we refreshed ourselves, enjoyed a hearty dinner, and then relaxed after the long day.

It was a stressful but rewarding day, and I’m incredibly proud of my sister for managing everything so well. I eagerly await her results and hope this experience encourages others preparing for exams to remain calm, confident, and focused.
