How do you want Steemit to be if asked?

Hello Steemians, despite the current state of the Steem price, we continue to keep the platform strong and running. With the implementation of excellent strategies, we aim to bring the Steemit platform back to life, making it feel and look like a platform with a clear goal to achieve.

What 3 things do you like about Steemit Social Media Platform? Give reasons why you do.

There are actually a lot of things that I like about the Steemit platform. Firstly, its ability to bring individuals from different geographical areas together to work collaboratively helps create a team spirit amongst Steemians. Let's take for instance the community curators who are mainly from different parts of the world, but come together to achieve a common goal, I haven't been a curator before but I know how helpful it is to individuals working together, putting their ideas together even with all their differences helping build a partnership spirit.

Secondly, I like the fact that we get to be rewarded for our efforts in creating content, via an organized curation system, the steemit platform has been the reason why I have been exposed to the crypto world, I actually did not know about cryptocurrency until I started my Steemit journey, I am impressed that the Steemit board put together means by which quality content can be rewarded. I love the system because it helps put effort into creating quality content and it lets us know that hard work pays.

To crown it all the Steemit platform has linked us to a lot of joy, having to see what and how others experience their celebrations, the platform also gives us room to comment and let others know that their joy is felt or when others are producing great content, this serves as a fuel for others to keep pushing forward.

If you asked how you would want Steemit to be or change to, what 3 things would they be?

Firstly, I would like to address the curation system, the steemit board are doing well with the curation accounts, but I want to specifically talk about the booming accounts, I would prefer if the booming accounts where reallocation to the communities, this is because back there where contests that organization which had the top six or three post awarded a vote at this point there where a lot of engagement amongst steemians who were doing their best to be amongst the winners, it made the steemit platform rich with quality contents, the competition made the steemit platform a power house. What I ask for is the reallocation of the booming accounts to the communities.

Another thing which I would also like to talk about is the fact that the community moderators are no longer interested in tagging steemians again, most individuals have been active and disciplined, but still lack tags, I have discovered that most newcomers lack tags in various communities, I would be pleased if steemians and newcomers could be given their due tags in the communities.

I will also like to address the unavailability contest in the platform as a whole, for no reason at all we don't see communities organizing contest again, it as if the contest on the steemit platform has lost it's value, two years ago when I just came to the platform I was able to choose the multiple contest that had all the categories like food, business, crypto, health, children and the society, science and nature, agriculture and much more but right now you can count the communities that still host contests not everyone is comfortable with thediarygame all the time.

What one thing do you think can be done on Steemit to prevent any case of injustices or favouritism?

To prevent injustice and favoritism in a board of organization anywhere you will first of all have to give power to individuals who have been found to have good conduct and abide by the platform rules. Some curators take delight in upvoting users who are from their country which isn't bad for me, it becomes bad when it is often and mainly because the users are people you know, all I ask is that the post should be voted because they deserve it and it can be achieved when the trusted eligible steemians are paired with individuals who have newly attained eligibility.

If you are a user that I am having issues with I will vote your post because of these reasons.

1. You are the person I have an issue with and not your post, if I do that, I will feel guilty of being partial.

2. I will still vote for your post because it's my duty to, and most especially if it meets the standard.

3. Lastly I will vote for the post because as someone in power, I will have to look past that while making judgment, or it will mean that I didn't deserve being given authority if I can't control my emotions and let things be professional.
